Account Deletion - Prepvast

You can permanently delete your Prepvast account and associated personal data using either of the methods below.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

You can delete your account directly from the Prepvast app:

1. Open the Prepvast app.
2. Go to your Profile.
3. Select Close Account.
4. Follow the instructions to confirm the deletion.

Your account deletion request will be processed through the app.

2. Request Account Deletion by Email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us from the email address associated with your Prepvast account.

What Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we will delete the personal information and account data associated with your account, including:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Profile photo
• Account information
• Test progress and performance data
• Test results

Data Retention

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, or when necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
